Private Chef Service in IBIZA – Sushi Omakase Style

Terms & Conditions

**1. Introduction**

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between HISA E.S.P.J. and the Client for private chef services.

By booking the Chef’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

**2. Services Provided**

The Chef agrees to provide the following services: 

– Menu planning and development based on the Chef, taking into account the Client’s allergens and dietary requirements.

– Purchase of necessary ingredients and groceries.

– Preparation and cooking of meals at the Client’s location, serving meals.

– Clean-up of the kitchen and dining area used during the service.

**3. Booking and Payment**

– The final number of guests must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the service.

– A deposit of 50% of the total price of Omakase Menu is required to secure the booking.

– The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card or cash.

**4. Cancellation and Refunds**

– Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.

– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

– The Chef reserves the right to cancel services due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

**5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies**

– The Client must inform the Chef of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific preferences at least 72 hours prior to the service.

– The Chef will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

**6. Liability**

– The Chef will maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. However, the Chef is not liable for any adverse reactions or illnesses resulting from food consumption.

– The Client is responsible for providing a safe and functional kitchen environment and some space in the fridge.

**7. Client Responsibilities**

– The Client agrees to provide access to a clean and functional kitchen, including necessary appliances and utensils.

– The Client agrees to allow sufficient time for preparation at least 3 hours before the service and clean-up as required by the Chef.

**8. Confidentiality**

– The Chef will respect the privacy of the Client and will not disclose any personal information without the Client’s consent.

– Any proprietary or confidential information shared by the Client will be kept confidential.

**9. Force Majeure**

– The Chef is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.

**10. Governing Law**

– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain IBIZA.

**11. Amendments**

– The Chef reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next booking.
