A Culinary Journey of Two Cultures
We are Hisa and Bea, a husband-and-wife culinary duo passionate about creating exquisite dining experiences that bring together the vibrant flavors of Italy and Japan. Our story began 17 years ago in Milan, where our shared love for food blossomed amidst the city’s rich culinary heritage.
Hisa, born and raised in Osaka, draws inspiration from the delicate artistry of Japanese cuisine.
Bea, a native Milanese pastry chef, after spending 8 years livinig in Tokyo, developed a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine.
After honing our skills in renowned kitchens, including Hisa’s tenure at the esteemed “Oryouri Fujiwara” restaurant in Osaka, we embarked on a journey that led us to the enchanting island of Ibiza. Captivated by its vibrant energy and sun-kissed shores, we decided to make Ibiza our home and establish our private chef business.
